Just as great coaches are there for their participants, so we are Here for the Coach. We are the team behind the coach. We empower, champion, and develop coaches to play a pivotal role in building healthier and happier communities by bringing great coaching to the lives of millions. As the only organisation purely dedicated to all coaches, in all environments, across all sports and physical activities, we are here too for our partner organisations who employ, deploy, and develop coaches and the coach development workforce. Working with partners we grow and nurture our existing partnerships and establish new networks of trusted relationships, so we can support them to meet the needs of their coaching network and workforce. As the voice of the coach, we continue to raise the national profile of coaches and coaching: by demonstrating and promoting the tremendous impact that coaches can have on lives and communities. Coaches today support a broader range of participants. As the sport and physical activity landscape has evolved, a coach’s role has diversified. Anyone who provides support, guidance and inspiration aligned to people’s individual needs and aspirations is a coach. We aspire to build a well-connected, more engaged, and better-qualified workforce that is representative of the population, capable of working across diverse communities and in multiple environments, and able to work to different outcomes. Collaboration and connection with our partners is integral in achieving this. As part of that commitment, we will build on our successes to further drive coaching research, develop insight and share best practice to meet the needs of coach development; investigate and understand how technology can better support coaching; and provide high-quality digital learning and development solutions for coaches, which are accessible to all. US SQUASH is the national governing body and membership organization for the sport of squash in the United States. US Squash is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization and a member of the U.S. Olympic Committee. US Squash owns and licenses tournaments including the U.S. Open, the North American Open as well as all other U.S. Championships. US Squash also selects and supports the U.S. Teams that compete internationally, maintains the official ratings and rankings system for the U.S. and invests in programs to grow participation in the sport at every level. World Squash is the International Federation for squash, including squash57. World Squash is a member of the Association of IOC Recognised International Sports Federations (ARISF) and features in major multisport Games including the Commonwealth Games, The World Games, the Pan American Games, and the Asian Games. World Squash has a membership of 123 National Squash Federations and a close working alliance with its five Continental Federations. As the recognised International Federation for squash, World Squash is the custodian of our sport. World Squash's role is to best serve Member Federations, build strong partnerships and provide effective leadership to ensure squash’s future prosperity.
