ESD Ltd was established in 2009 to bring together like minded engineers who have a wide base of experience in all aspects of building services engineering. The practice is currently involved in a multi million pound programme of building services engineering projects worldwide. Our project portfolio certainly demonstrates expertise in all aspects of commercial work, highly technical research and development facilities, in addition to residential, retail and utilities. Our engineering experience is extensive covering working in both private and public sectors/ Clients include major commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical and development companies as well as healthcare, education and government departments. ESD Ltd offers additional services including pre-development utility studies and cost advice, energy studies, expert reports, advisory work and construction management. Our aim is to create both user and environmently-friendly building solution. Environmental awareness is a key issue for ourselves as consultants in the built environment.
