Engineering Northwest Ltd., Consulting Engineers, provides engineering, environmental and information technology services to clients throughout Ontario. Engineering Northwest Ltd. (ENL) was established in 1995 and is located in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Today, our 35 engineers, technologists and technical support staff work with clients in the forest products, land development and transportation industries, as well as in the municipal, provincial and federal government field. The company is owned by four principals, Gerald Buckrell, P. Eng., Kathy Bemben, P. Eng., Ian King, C.E.T., and Rob Marasco, and is an incorporated Ontario company. Engineering Northwest Ltd's main focus is to provide consulting engineering services throughout Northwestern Ontario. ENL offers a variety of engineering services to clients in the industrial, municipal, private sector and governmental field. ENL's fields of specialization are the Municipal Engineering, Transportation, Landscaping and Marina Development, Water Supply & Sanitation, Environmental and Computer Technology Sectors. ENL services include feasibility studies, environmental assessments, site servicing and lot grading, topographic and quantity surveys, water and waste audits, storm and sanitary drainage analysis, trenchless sewer rehabilitation design, pumping station design, water distribution system design and analysis, water treatment plant upgrading, road and highway design, AutoCAD drawings, and data manipulation, concrete field testing, contract administration and construction inspection, as well as applications for grants and approvals. We have developed working relationships with other consultants who have specialist expertise in Water and Wastewater Treatment, and Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering to assist us in providing a complete range of services to our clients.
