We are a senior-led mechanical engineering studio. Two engineers take your problem from concept through analysis to a physical result that holds up in the real world. Most engineering work stalls in the gap between a clean simulation and a part that actually works on the floor. We close that gap. You work directly with the people who do the work, with concept and product development on one side and manufacturing on the other, and no juniors or account managers in between. What we take on: We handle machine improvements, new product development, cost and weight optimisation, FEM analysis, structural redesign, prototyping, physical validation, and automation. We also take freelance and project-based assignments where a team needs senior engineering hands for a defined scope, on time, with accountability for the built outcome. Where a problem calls for measuring structural behaviour from inside a component rather than on its surface, we use embedded fibre-optic sensing. The sensor sits outside the load path, so it survives impact and harsh environments and scales across load ranges. Proven delivery: For SAF Holland we redesigned a structural steering joint, eliminated chronic bolt loosening, and enabled a material switch from S420 to S355 with the same structural performance, lower material cost, and easier manufacturing. For Founteyn we reworked a capsule filling pilot line into something reliable and efficient. With Sensing360 we develop embedded sensing for demanding structural environments.
