Formed in 1986, EDP are vastly experienced and capable M&E Consultants and registered Low Carbon Energy Assessors servicing the needs of many clients over the whole range of building types. The practice is also a MEP Modular building and offsite construction specialist and has a wide skill base. All feasibility, development work and projects are undertaken efficiently and imaginatively and we have the requisite skills necessary to provide specialist advice as follows; 1. EDP staff are registered LCEA Level 4/5 Low Carbon Energy Assessors, we use dynamic simulation software to thermally model projects and issue BRUKL documents for the Part L Building Regulation compliance at the “As-Designed” and “As-Built” stages, provide BREEAM evidence and to produce the necessary EPCs at completion.
