Engineering Consultants (Pvt.) Limited (ECL) is a multi-disciplinary consulting company established in 1968 as a partnership by Eng. C.C.T. Fernando on 21st April 1977 and subsequently incorporated as a private limited liability company. ECL is a member of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), The Association of Consulting Engineers Sri Lanka (ACESL) and the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce Sri Lanka. ECL is a fully owned subsidiary company of MG Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd. ECL offers services from project concept to completion in a wide range of fields including architectural & building design services, highways and transportation, water supply, sewerage and sanitation, airports and harbors, irrigation & drainage, environment management and provincial & rural roads. Design of educational facilities, hospital and health care facilities, roads and highways are sectors that ECL has had a major focus in the recent past.
