Michaele Watson created Engineered Professional to assist minority and women professionals and certified business enterprises (MWBE) in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry create opportunity to nurture and advance their professional and business development skills in order to increase their network, business and professional growth. A 90-Day group program for individuals is in the works, to be launched summer 2024, with the aim of focusing on the areas the cohort needs help with the most. In order to build confidence in oneself and the message that needs to be delivered the program focuses on six main areas of development. In conjunction for businesses, packages are customized based on your needs and where you would like to take your business development team.
