Created in 2004 by Dr. Ir. Miguel Oliveira, Engenhotec vision is to offer to customers competing globally engineering products and systems development. Activity started with Engineering Services and has been enlarged in 2011 with the machining of high precision prototypes, molds and tooling, using 5 CNC Machining Centers with 3, 4 and 5 axis. In 2016, through a partnership with DIMLASER, AM – Additive Manufacturing producer, the offered solutions were extended to metal 3D sintering and high precision finishing. Our key focus is the creation of a “one stop” service: FROM IDEA TO PRODUCT THROUGH CO-ENGINEERING. Engenhotec engineers start the cooperation from the design step all along the whole Development Process, either performing inside Clients facilities or at Engenhotec. For satisfying the innovation driven by the customers of the most advanced sectors – Aeronautic, Automotive and Aerospatiale - we offer a disruptive approach. We accumulated a strong experience in design and manufacture a wide range of materials: EPS, EPP, Resins, Rubber, Polymers, Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Stainless and Pre-Hardening Steel, Stainless and Hot Work Steel, Titanium, Inconel. Complex Products and Systems design and development integrates the Engineering Systems Methodologies, which follows the MIT – ESD (Engineering Systems Division) model. Product development engineering is performed using the most advanced 3D software: CREO, CATIA, SIEMENS NX.
