Engagement Manager is an Australian owned and operated organisation, we exist to make stakeholder and community engagement more accessible, consistent, and impactful for councils, local governments, and not-for-profit organisations. Founded on integrity and a shared belief that good engagement builds trust, stronger decisions, and more connected communities, Engagement Manager brings together decades of combined experience in communications, engagement strategy, local government, and not-for-profit leadership. Our team understands the challenges organisations face—limited resources, competing priorities, and a lack of in-house expertise—yet still being accountable to consult, listen, and respond to their communities.
