Most organisational challenges that get named out loud are not the real ones. A leadership gap, a strategy that will not land, a team that has lost momentum: these are usually symptoms. Underneath them is a system quietly working against the people trying to run it. Engagement Dynamics is a specialist partner working at the intersection of Organisational Development and Leadership. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: Every engagement is built around the specific situation in front of us, not delivered from a fixed programme. Our approach moves through four stages: Definition, Discovery, Design, Delivery. We establish what the engagement needs to achieve and do the work of understanding the system before designing anything. This is not coaching and it is not training. It is systems work with leaders at the centre of it.
