Working in partnership with education and business to provide vocational learning opportunities for young people, 14-25 years, across South Yorkshire. We offer a realistic, supportive and caring environment as a stepping stone to your career. We want to work together to achieve the skills that will provide you with the opportunities to build a successful future. Engage training and development Ltd are a young and dynamic company; we have a reputation for providing a high quality, supportive learning experience to meet the needs of our customers, whether that is the young person, the school/referring agency, the employer or the parent/ family network. We have, in this last academic year, worked with a range of Doncaster, Rotherham & Barnsley Secondary Schools and Academies (at Key Stages 3,4,& 5 ), Doncaster Special Schools and Specialist Pre 16 Offsite Provision Services. Our Post 16 Foundation, Apprenticeship and Pre-Apprenticeship programmes have grown significantly and our Employer Engagement Services have supported over 200 young people to gain valuable work experience. In addition; through our sister organisation, Engage Together CIC, we have developed a wide range of innovative programmes to support the families and communities of young people across Doncaster through funding supported by NLDC (Neighbourhood Learning in Deprived Communities) and the Crime Innovation Fund.
