Engage is a web-based platform that digitizes the process of booking talent. Using Engage, consumers connect directly with talent to negotiate deals and partnerships. Engage’s roster is more than 4,500 strong and features athletes, keynote speakers, business leaders, celebrities, and influencers from more than 75 agencies, as well as a plethora of individually represented talent. Clients rely on Engage to book talent for speaking engagements, marketing partnerships, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences. The combination of an easy-to-use interface with an industry-leading network of partnerships positions Engage as a unique talent booking solution that is disrupting outdated industry processes that require consumers to work through different agencies and stratified, cumbersome processes. Recognizing that the transition to new technology can pose challenges, Engage proudly offers complementary, personal concierge services to all consumers, talent, and agency partners. Engage was founded in 2019 by former USC football player and blind motivational speaker Jake Olson and his business partners, who experienced firsthand the inefficiencies in the talent-booking industry and seized the opportunity to build a 21st-century talent-booking platform. Today, Engage is the booking engine for many Fortune 500 companies, works with the country’s largest non-profits, associations, and conferences, and has partnerships with a vast majority of America’s leading talent agencies.
