ENFiD, the European Network of Filipino Diaspora, is a civil society non-profit umbrella organization of Overseas Filipinos with 20 Member Countries. ENFiD is the first Europe-wide cross-sectoral, all-inclusive Overseas Filipino organization that has genuine developmental ambitions translated into timely and relevant actions for Euro-Pinoys. On 28-29 November 2015, the ENFiD Board of Directors approved the Two Year Action Plan (2YAP) in Bonn. The framework of the 2YAP are the Malta Declaration and the ENFiD Five-Year Strategy Plan which was drawn in Madrid in 2014. The Malta Declaration was the concluding document of the European Regional Conference of Overseas Filipinos held in Malta in August 1-2, 2015. Among the four main areas of work in the 2YAP is EDUCATE & LEARN.
