Energy + Environment LLC has been in the lighting retrofit business since 1999. We offer turnkey services, from lighting and energy audits to fixture retrofits and installation. Our experienced retrofitters work effectively with customers to run the job site with a minimum of disruption to your business. We can help you identify financing and rebate opportunities, and have resources to help you manage paperwork headaches when you lack the manpower or patience to handle them yourself. Our people are well versed in issues relating to ARRA, Buy American. Davis-Bacon, and a host of other compliance hurdles that often have to be dealt with. While many retrofitting companies migrated to retrofitting from electrical contracting when the economy slowed down, E+E founder John Noel got into this business because he wants to make a difference. He comes from a family history of high profile environmental activism. Energy & Environment doesn’t just go for the easy volume work such as mass retrofitting/replacement of fluorescent troffers and HID fixtures.
