Energize Builders is an owner-led general contractor in Los Angeles for sites other builders decline: steep hillside lots, drilled caissons, retaining walls, shoring, canyon access and Baseline Hillside Ordinance permitting. We build custom homes and whole-home renovations, and rebuild fire-affected homes in Pacific Palisades, Malibu and Altadena as new construction. 74 of our projects were led by an interior designer or architect, and we work as their construction partner from early budget and buildability through finish reviews against the approved design. For over 20 years, our team has built and remodeled homes across Los Angeles. Our minimum is $1,000,000 for a new home or fire rebuild, and $500,000 for whole-home remodels.
