Energean is a London-listed FTSE 250 exploration and production company and a leading independent oil and gas operator across the Greater Mediterranean. From its foundations in Greece, the Group has grown into a diversified, full-cycle upstream business with more than 18 years of operating experience across eight countries. Energean’s production exceeded 180,000 boepd during 2026, supported by a long-life portfolio of nearly 1 billion boe of 2P reserves and a reserves life of approximately 18 years. More than 92% of the Group’s current production is operated by Energean, across a portfolio that includes more than 40 fields, 31 platforms, two FSOs and the Energean Power FPSO. Since its IPO in 2018, Energean has successfully raised more than $7 billion across the global equity and debt markets. Over the past decade, the Group has invested more than $750 million in exploration and over $4.5 billion in development projects across the Eastern Mediterranean. This commitment continues, with approximately $1.3 billion of further capital expenditure planned in the coming years. Energean’s growth pipeline includes the first offshore exploration well in Greece in more than four decades at Block 2, as well as the Irena gas development in Croatia and the deepwater Katlan development in Israel, both expected to deliver first gas in H1 2027.
