Endurance Technologies has been providing field proven diffusion alloying products (ENDURALLOY®) to the oil and gas industry since 1993. ENDURALLOY® (boronized) production tubing and casing is our key product offering created through a diffusion alloying process, and is recognized by industry as the premium tubing to combat rod wear, erosion, abrasion and corrosion issues. It is NOT a coating or liner, and it does not reduce the ID of the tubing. Diffusion alloying deposits boron molecules directly into the steel substrate creating a surface that is 8x harder than steel itself. Tubing failure caused by rod wear, corrosion, abrasion, or erosion can cost a company anywhere from $30,000 to $100,000+ in rig costs, deferred production, new tubing and pumps. Tubing wear is impossible to avoid, but it is possible to protect from failures in isolated areas. With Endurance Technologies’ ENDURALLOY® (boronized) production tubing, you can strategically identify areas with high side-loading, deviations, dog legs, as well as above the pump, and prolong the life of the string to avoid anywhere from one to five rod call outs.
