Endurance Capital is an independently owned private equity platform focused on the UK mid-market and select investments in South Africa. It has a multinational investment legacy, with its origins in the Shackleton Group, a collection of financial services companies in South Africa, and later expanding to direct investments in the UK. We pride ourselves in forming meaningful partnerships in all our portfolio companies. We invest alongside entrepreneurial owners and managers who are looking to grow their businesses organically and through further M&A activity. Having an entrepreneurial history ourselves, we understand what it takes to run a company and can support management teams on their growth journeys through strategic input when required. With no fixed exit requirement, we provide patient capital but also options for liquidity events for founders and management teams if needed. Partnership and collaboration are ultimately at the core of what we do.
