Endrestudio is an innovative and award-winning Emeryville design studio. Since its founding in 2011, Endrestudio has built its reputation upon creative on-time and on-budget civic projects ranging from libraries to pedestrian bridges, art installations, public park facilities and mixed-use community centers. The firm holds expertise in both engineering and architecture, a combination which we feel creates greater integration of aesthetics, function and structure and which upholds the modernist tradition of tectonics – the material, detail and structure of a building - as central to the design process. The Endrestudio Team is comprised of designers and experimenters whose projects express a deep understanding of materials. Whether a glass bridge or a post-tensioned cable-net tower, our projects all explore the limits of each material in the design, discovering the connections and geometry that utilize the natural material properties to their utmost strength.
