Enda inter-arabe works to promote the entrepreneurial spirit, among all ages, by promoting creativity, social responsibility and financial empowerment of marginalized populations. Operating at the local and national levels, Enda works for a fair, equitable, diverse, and inclusive society, through its awareness-raising, training, support and social and civic mobilization actions. It fights against poverty and social disparities through many programs based on territorial priorities and concretized by specific projects targeting young people, women and children, with a particular attention to micro-entrepreneurs. Essentially, Enda promote entrepreneurial culture among new generations through entrepreneurial education. It stimulates the development of individual and collective entrepreneurship by ensuring personal fulfillment, the creation of new jobs and the contribution to the socio-economic development of the country. Also Enda contributes to empowerment, resilience and leadership among citizens to enhance their development. It is working on preparing young people to practice responsible citizenship through the acquisition of artistic and cultural skills and social commitment through the implementation of community development initiatives.
