encap development designs, delivers and operates distributed generation systems and renewable energy solutions from 100 kilowatts up to 20 megawatts capacity - electric or thermal equivalent - for institutional, commercial and industrial customers including universities, schools, hospitals, food processors and real property owners. We finance, own and operate our projects with investment partners to deliver clean energy solutions to energy users and credit-worthy property owners who contract with us under long term power purchase or services agreements. Our projects are structured to optimize tax and environmental incentives and reduce and manage development and operating risks resulting in appropriate, reliable returns on investment.
