Lorraine first started in organisational Agile transformation in 2008 with Transport NSW and has managed similar transformations at RedBalloon, Dan Murphy’s, UBank and HSBC. She has published a number of articles in CIO Magazine, ComputerWorld and the Agile Journal. She has presented on the topic at a number of venues including Scrum Australia conference, and the Agile Australia conference.
