Emvy Cellars is a small, Spokane-based boutique winery. The wines that we currently have available include: 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon, 2011 Shield Syrah, 2011 Red Mountain Merlot, Veba Rouge and our signature Bordeaux style red blend, Devotion 2009. Production ranges from 50 to 1000 cases of most of our wines, except for the Devotion, which production is regulated to 125 cases of each vintage. Our grapes are sourced from some of the top vineyards in Walla Walla and the Columbia Valley region. Fruit for the Devotion is strictly sourced from the prestigious vineyards of Seven Hills and Pepperbridge in the Walla Walla Valley appellation. Our past releases include a 2011 Viognier and our 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 Devotion's that are resting safe and sound in the wine library. Currently in bottle we are aging our 2009, 2010, and 2011 wines; and our newer top secret wines are currently resting peacefully in high quality 100% French oak barrels.
