Established in 1987. An Elite one stop shop for everything from landscaping and general construction to complete utility solar and maintenance. Guy Stockbridge started Bulldog Lawn Service in 1987, a landscape maintenance business for residential clientele. Lokes Rental Equipment started in 2000 to account for equipment. Randy Regier partnered with Guy in 2007 to open Elite Maintenance and Tree Service, Inc., a landscape management company. Guy decided to focus on prime work in 2011 and Stockbridge General Contracting, Inc. was born. Karlei Stockbridge got a contracting license in 2011 to start a woman and minority owned company, Elite Landscape Construction, Inc., making up what we now call Elite Team Offices. Bobby Tracy moved Live Action General Engineering Inc. in to the Elite Team Office in 2014, a one stop shop for public works and solar projects. Bobby added Action Electrical Inc. in 2016 to provide a turn-key solution for electrical in the solar construction industry. Elite Team Offices also added Lokes Heavy Equipment, large equipment rentals, bringing the team up to 500 people between the office and the field.
