EMS Group is a UK based company that has been at the forefront of wireless and hybrid technology for over 50 years. Leading the field in manufacturing and development of wireless fire products, EMS has built an enviable reputation across the UK fire industry and successfully launched FireCell, our current fire detection platform, in 2010. FireCell has since become one of the most successful wireless fire systems available in the UK and Europe and the inclusion of hybrid functionality has only increased its popularity. FireCell is EN54-25 certified and uses "Smart Cluster" Technology. A single FireCell system is capable of managing up to 512 devices, but can be networked for larger system applications up to over 32,000 devices making it a fully scalable wireless/hybrid solution for any application. The launch of our Wireless Zone Monitor or WZM technology has now made it possible to add wireless devices to virtually any system making extensions quick and easy to both addressable and conventional fire systems. 2020 will see the launch of the innovative and ground-breaking SmartCell wireless fire system. Utilising the latest technology SmartCell is at the forefront of changing the landscape where wireless is now fully embraced as a solution for many fire risks. Having become part of the Carrier organisation EMS wireless is now available across EMEA and South Africa.
