EMR Information

EMR is an eSports company, competitions promoters, creators of related content and broadcasters. We are building our own football eSports competition: eFootball.Pro. We aim to professionalise the football eSports industry by organising the first international eSports competition with top football clubs only and providing the most complete digital coverage of the events. Together with the digital entertainment company KONAMI, we announced the creation of a competition in 2017 and FC Barcelona as the first club to join in 2018. EMR is also in charge of organising 2018 European stops of PES League, KONAMI’s Pro Evolution Soccer official eSports competition, undertaking the all-round management. We run the events from the previous stages to real action: we meet the players, rule the games, produce and broadcast and create digital content. We want both entrants and spectators to have the very best experience. EMR is composed of eSports, football and technology experts. Our team has been working since 2016 in order to create innovative products that delight the digital audience. The company is founded and headed by FC Barcelona’s player Gerard Piqué and run by Javier Alonso as Managing Director.
