Founded in 2003 by Joe Diab, Empowerists (formerly Diabsolut Inc) started as a ClickSoftware reseller. In 2015, we divided into three separate businesses: Diabsolut FSM (ClickSoftware partner), Diabsolut Cloud Solutions (Salesforce partner), and Watershed CI (management consulting and staff augmentation). Recognizing the need for a streamlined HRIS, we launched HRWize in 2016. HRWize, which offers innovative HRIS solutions. Under the HRWize brand, we have introduced two new products, Earnwize (salary review tool) and Workaxle (enterprise workforce management). After Salesforce's acquisition of ClickSoftware in 2019, Diabsolut FSM and Diabsolut Cloud Solutions merged to become Diabsolut, now a Salesforce Summit Partner. Our strategic investments include the acquisitions of Foundry52 and Emelar, further strengthening our commitment to Salesforce. We also partnered with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) and were honored as Certinia's Partner of the Year for delivery excellence in 2022. With a global team of over 300 employees, Empowerists continues to grow by investing in our people and businesses.
