Empowered Services supports children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) across Oregon through person-centered, one-on-one support. Support is shaped around each person’s authorized plan, routines, choices, communication and goals. Individuals may bring someone they trust through Empowered Choice or ask us to help recruit and match a Direct Support Professional (DSP). Required screening and onboarding apply. Services may include attendant care, day support activities, daily living skills, relief care and transportation support for adults. The person’s authorized plan determines which services and activities may be provided. A regional care team stays connected after services begin, supporting communication, DSP oversight and follow-through for individuals, families and partners.
