Empowered Services is an Oregon provider supporting children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) across the state through person-centered, one-on-one support. We believe exceptional support starts with exceptional relationships. That means taking the time to understand each person’s goals, preferences, communication style, routines, and support needs—and thoughtfully matching them with Direct Support Professionals who can help them thrive. Our DSPs are more than caregivers. They are mentors, advocates, teachers, and community partners who help individuals build independence, strengthen life skills, pursue meaningful goals, and stay connected to the people and communities that matter to them.
