It’s no surprise that over 39% of Americans working remotely report new or worsening chronic pain (source). That’s where I come in. I’m Mandy, a movement specialist, 500-hour yoga instructor, and pain science educator with over a decade of experience. But more importantly, I’ve been in your shoes. A few years ago, I struggled with chronic jaw and neck pain so severe it kept me from doing the things I loved—sometimes even eating. I felt stuck, frustrated, and exhausted. But through a combination of neuroscience-backed strategies, intentional movement, and a renewed understanding of my body, I found my way out. Now, I help remote professionals stop chronic pain before it becomes a permanent part of their lives. My approach combines pain education, somatic movement techniques, and nervous system re-euucation to empower people to move better, feel stronger, and reclaim their energy.
