Empower U Information

Empower U is a performance based physical therapy practice that uses a combination of manual therapy and exercises to expedite patient results while providing our patients with the knowledge and tools to live a healthier, pain-free life. We are a cash-pay practice based in Sioux Falls, SD and offer a variety of physical therapy treatments, group fitness classes, wellness, and more. Our performance physical therapists are board certified sports specialists with advanced training in dry needling and myofascial release techniques.
