EMPIRI, Inc. is a Biotech company founded in 2018 and based in Houston, TX. Its mission is to transform cancer care by providing empirical drug sensitivity data for each cancer patient to enable precision oncology care, using our novel 3D culture method, known as the E-slice assay. Our clinically validated E-slice assay is a cancer diagnostic and independent of genomic or histologic diagnoses. E-slice assay has been shown to accurately predict patient responses and is compatible with chemotherapy, targeted therapies, and immunotherapies. It provides results within 8 days after biopsy or surgery. E-slice will help clinicians to make data-driven treatment decisions, lower treatment and care costs, and most importantly, achieve better outcomes for cancer patients. EMPIRI is currently providing E-slice as a preclinical drug development tool to biotech and pharmaceutical companies, particularly in the immuno-oncology space.
