Since 2013 we have brought together high potential strategic consultants and coaches around middle-and-large scale projects for our clients. Strong of this experience and willing to combine our strengths to offer a broader contribution to the business environment, we have launched 'Empan'. We consider ourselves as 'change enablers' as we support teams in their transitions, by diffusing stress and fostering positive energies. __________ An 'empan' is an old length unit used mostly by the cathedral builders during Middle Age. It corresponds to 7 ½ inches and is based on the length of a human open hand. A cognitive empan is defined the quantity of information that can be remembered short-term.
