eMotion is #1 in Creating Confidence Through Teamwork. eMotion's mission is help people become confident, happy leaders in life so they can treat themselves and others better to make this world a better place. To me, each individual is a unique and integral part of the TEAM. Each of them has special qualities, goals, strengths and weaknesses. I keep the integrity and expectations high but my students know with passion, persistence and teamwork they can achieve greatness. When we treat others better, build them up, guide them, and work together, we all win – the individual, the TEAM, and in many cases, the business, the family or the sport. eMotion is a full dance and fitness studio in Virginia offering adult, teen, and kids hip hop dance TEAM experiences, dance and fitness classes/workshops, various community events and personal growth workshops.
