- Provides support to the project Managment team - Managing, supervising and coordination of day-to-day work in the construction site - Responsible for construction actives - Support the Site Team - Understanding environmental and safety Legislation and Regulations - Ensure contract obligations are met (cost, time, quality, envirinmental) - Co-Ordination and leadership of colleagues and subcontractor - Reports to Project Manager about status of the project - Coordinate design consultants and design contractors - Responsible for obtaining building and planning approvals - Investigate alternative construction elements - Short term programming of construction activities
