The Emmer Group is a collection of real estate companies including, but not limited to, Emmer Development Corp., Emmer Management Corp. and Gibraltar Title Insurance Agency. Emmer Development, the first of the Emmer Group companies, was founded in 1954 by Philip I. Emmer. Phil's daughter, Lori Emmer Cain was named President in 2002. Emmer Group is now run by Lori's eldest son, Ryan McGriff, in Gainesville, Florida.
