Studio Drift is founded in 2006 by Ralph Nauta and Lonneke Gordijn, both graduates of the renowned Design Academy Eindhoven (NL). Their philosophy is based on creating a dialogue between opposites: nature
 and technology, knowledge and intuition, science fiction and fairylike poetry. They draw their inspiration from nature
 as a starting point both in a formal and a philosophical way, while the creative process is fuelled by innovative techniques they research. Studio Drift explores the relationship between nature, technology and mankind. Their work comes to life by continuing collaborations with scientists, university departments & research facilities, computer programmers
 and engineers; the results are truly innovative and ground-breaking projects. A testament to the cross-pollination between the technically advanced and the aesthetically beautiful; permeated with awareness of future potentials.
 The results are dazzling site-specific art installations that react directly to human behaviour and questioning it at the same time. While their visual language is characterized by dreamy and poetic aesthetics, the concept behind 
the works is often based on an unexpectedly critical engagement.

Wij zijn een onafhankelijk technisch specialist op het gebied van het ontwerpen, optimaliseren en beheren van technische installaties. Door onze uitgebreide kennis en gedrevenheid kunnen we verder gaan waar anderen stoppen. Wij geven jou inzicht in het potentieel van uw installaties, zowel technisch, energetisch als financieel. Dit wordt in een overzichtelijke rapportage onderbouwd en toegelicht. Dit geeft duidelijkheid voor wat betreft keuzes voor de korte alsook voor de langere termijn. Onze projecten variëren van het opstellen van een Programma van Eisen (PvE) voor de technische installaties van een universitair laboratorium tot het opstellen en uitvoeren/begeleiden van een MeerJarenOnderhoudsBegroting (MJOB). Bij al onze projecten streven wij naar maatwerk. Hierdoor krijgt u als klant wat u mag verwachten en betaalt u niet te veel.
