EMK Developments was formed back in July 2010 by its Founder and Managing Director, Kevin O’Keeffe. In 2021, the business appointed Ashley Hatch as its Pre-Construction Director. Ashley, a long-term friend, shares Kevin’s beliefs that each project is a joint venture. We are only as capable as the sum of our parts (from design teams through to our management team and supply chain). The best way to ensure we are all able to achieve our goals is to work collectively and collaboratively as part of a team. This team ethic has ensured we are able to build up a professional base that understands and shares our working principles. EMK Developments specialise in development, commercial and residential projects, from design and build to traditional building contracts.
