Emil Mor is an investment banking advisory group, focused on assisting Israeli companies with their global investment banking decisions. Representative transactions include venture capital raising, growth capital, IPO Advisory (ex. TASE), M&A, and debt placement. Emil Mor was founded by Mr. Ori Mor and is led by a team of 4 seasoned investment professionals with diverse leadership backgrounds. Mr. Mor brings with him 18 years of experience as an investor, both as CIO and CFO. His last few positions included CIO roles at leading money managers, a CFO role at a public company and various board membership roles, among which heading the investment committee of a top money manager, with $6B of AUM. Ms. Langermann has over 20 years of banking and investment experience. From 2007-2012 she was CEO of Discount Mortgage Bank, 4th largest Mortgage bank in Israel, with a $5.5B loan book. While at Discount, she also chaired the boards of Discount Underwriting and Discount Insurance. Since 2012, Ms. Langermann has been involved in structuring debt and real-estate deals. Ms. Struminger brings with her 20 years of experience in capital markets, corporate finance, and entrepreneurial project management. Before joining Emil Mor, she spent 7 years as CIO and CEO at the $4B Halman-Aldubi Group. Ms. Struminger is a board member at Halman Aldubi Provident and Pension Funds and at Integra Holdings.
