Emerging develops organisations' leadership and innovation capabilities - we orchestrate development and learning processes focused on; the organisation's existing resources and employees become catalysts for creativity and innovation. In doing so, the first steps are taken towards an innovative culture. Our approach is strongly inspired by the creative processes of music - more specifically jazz improvisation. We use this approach as thinking and method. We have developed a unique concept which, through the processes and dynamics of improvisation, releases the organisation's hidden potential. A new and different creative way to interact and converse - IMPROVISATION DIALOGUE. The instruments of the organisations are skills and knowledge - we orchestrate processes that make them play together in completely new ways.
