We are different from the others: We are now taking our experience and expertise and bringing it to you in a way that most medical ID providers have not previously done. We are doing this by providing clear and transparent pricing. You see, nothing bothers us more than when you think you are paying one price for something, only to learn by the time you get to the check out, you have been inundated with so many options and add-ons that the price you expected to pay has somehow doubled! It's a frustrating and disheartening experience, especially when you're trying to buy what you feel is a necessity. We don't think shopping for a medical ID product should cause any unneeded stress or a hit to your bank account. Therefore our goal has been to take all of the uncertainty and skepticism out of the process by providing reasonable, transparent pricing. That means: no additional costs for engraving, for membership fees or Datafiles, for standard shipping, or for this chain or that clasp. The price you see is the price you pay. We want to make the process as easy as possible for you. We believe that medical alert ID products should be accessible to everyone who needs them, and therefore keeping our prices affordable is a top priority. This is also why we've made our online Datafile free to anyone, regardless of whether or not you buy a product from us.
