Emerge is the nation’s largest network of women elected officials and candidates. Our mission is to change the face of politics by building a reflective, representative, and inclusive democracy. Since our founding, we’ve trained over 6,500 women and seen 1,200+ elected to office, from school boards to the halls of Congress. Emerge’s signature training programs give women the tools, resources, and network they need to run strong campaigns and govern effectively. We work with women from diverse backgrounds, especially those historically excluded from political leadership, including Black, Brown, Indigenous, AAPI, LGBTQ+, and young candidates.
