Emerald Projects S.L, offers construction and property consultancy and project coordination for overseas investors and private clients in Spain. We provide client representation and management services on planning, development and construction projects. Although based in Spain, we have provided services to clients in Spain, United Kingdom, Ireland and the Middle East. Our services include: project management and coordination from acquisition to construction and occupation; tendering, contract administration, construction supervision, quantity surveying and cost control; building surveying and technical due diligence reporting on residential and commercial properties; project audit, evaluation, risk analysis and value engineering; feasibility studies, project appraisals, advice on future strategy, asset restructuring and business development.
