Emerald Downs Racetrack and Casino opened in 1996 and is located in Auburn, WA. Ideally located between major cities of Seattle, Bellevue and Tacoma just off Hwy 167 and miles from SeaTac International Airport, live thoroughbred racing is scheduled from mid-April through the end of September. Throughout the year, we offer simulcasting wagering from thoroughbred, harness, and quarter horse tracks around the world. In addition to thoroughbred racing, our entertainment venue offers 12 table games, live music and special events all year round. Featured events include Corgi Races, the Muckleshoot Gold Cup Indian Races, Fiesta Premio Esmeralda, New Year’s Eve, and our July 3rd Fireworks Spectacular.
