If you are looking for a quick and cheap renovation, Tim is not your man. He listens to your thoughts then offers his ideas. His team are fast, accurate and courteous at all times and clean up after themselves. From carpenters to plumbers, tilers and renderers, they are all specialists in their trade and nothing is too hard to alter if you have further ideas midstream.Unsure of which builder to take on, we were welcomed onsite to view an ongoing project. In the wet areas, we were particularly impressed with the straight edges on the wall tiles. Later, we found that a criteria of Tim's work was to straighten all walls prior to tiling. In areas such as showers, they work back to original framing to look for any water damage and repair problem plumbing and drainage then straighten and square the framework for a perfect tiled finish.We would urge anybody looking for a professional renovation or new build to call Tim and listen to his ideas that incorporate your dreams.Tim is a young and innovative builder who has many ideas of modern finishes and is only too eager to merge these ideas into your own designs.Jenny and Geof Fielding Tims attention to detail is amazing I recently view a Mount Eliza renovation by this talented builder... and I could have sworn that it was a new build, the quality of finish was that good Hes also been very personable, and a great communicator in all our dealings.
