Embrace Change is a multiple award-winning, certified M/WBE / DBE / SBE training and coaching firm specializing in leadership development, employee engagement, and workforce wellness in complex, high-pressure environments. We partner with government agencies, public-sector institutions, Fortune 500 companies, and mission-driven organizations during periods of transition, strain, or strategic growth. Our work focuses on building leadership capacity, strengthening employee engagement, and designing workforce wellness initiatives that are practicable and sustainable. In parallel, we support individual executives and emerging leaders seeking strategic advancement in demanding institutions. To strengthen rigor and consistency across engagements, we developed the Embrace Change Coaching Certification (ECCC)—an ICF-accredited coach education program that ensures high standards, ethical practice, and a reliable delivery pipeline.
