Embolden Mama Information

Embolden Mama is a safe and inspiring space to share real life stories from women to help bridge the gap in the difficult life transition of motherhood, and to provide reassurance that they are not alone. Embolden Mama helps mamas see their strength and power and all they are capable of. We build confidence through offering fitness opportunities, education, resources, support, and expose our Mamas to other leaders who can mentor them on their journey. Our goal is to show mamas how to be their best selves, alone and with others, and to cultivate deep and lasting relationships with fellow mamas!
