Embody Practice Center Information

Embody Practice Center is a beautiful, open space for the movement or meditation practice that calms and centers you. EPC offers weekly Yoga, Tai Chi, and Breath classes. Embody Practice Center is also host to a variety of community and professional workshops. Connected with EPC is Embody Manual and Movement Therapy, where six therapists have their individual practices. Margaret Pittenger (Physical Therapist, Feldenkrais Practitioner, Yoga Instructor), Rene' Yerby (Physical Therapist, CranioSacral Therapist), Andrew Brown (Certified Rolfing Structural Integration Therapist), Becca Impello (Physical Therapist, Yoga Instructor), Lauren Brown (Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor), and Jill Copeland (Massage Therapist, Visceral Manipulation) have joined together to create EMBODY.
