Ember Advisory is a boutique advisory services firm based in Toronto, Canada founded in 2013. We are a network of seasoned consulting professionals who come together to serve clients. The founder, Rob Scott, brings over twenty-five years of experience in management and technology consulting, sales and marketing, and general management at a global level. What we do: Our mission is to enable our clients to achieve the goals they value most. Services include strategic and technology planning, project oversight, technology risk management, business continuity planning, e-commerce and online strategy and post merger integration. We help to bring together strategy, technology and business process to effect positive change with measurable value. Much of our work has centered on large project recovery. Whom we serve: Our clients are private and public sector C Suite executives, business owners, and board members who value independent, object advice. We draw upon experience from a variety of industries including retail & consumer products, professional services, telecom and technology, entertainment and media, manufacturing and government. Ultimately, we define our success by the goals achieved by our clients.
