Terms and Conditions of Sales: Please read the terms and condition carefully before placing and online order from Embdev Design and retain a copy of them for further reference. By continuing with a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. Embdev Design respects the privacy of its customers and visitors. We absolutely do not sell or share contact information or any customer information with any companies or individuals for the benefits of solicitation. We are very concerned about spam as well and will remove any name from our email listings by emailing info@embdev.ca. Shipping charges are calculated automatically by postal code corresponding to our carriers' rate charts. In general, orders are usually shipped within 24 - 48 hours from confirmation of your order. All sales within Canada shall be charged PST, GST and/or HST, based on province you entered. Currently we accept PayPal, using which you can pay with most credit cards. For your protection, billing address and ship-to address must match. The warranty given by Embdev Design is valid up to twelve (12) months after the Buyer has received the product. Warranties no to apply to products where defects are result of improper use, negligence, tampering, modification, improper installation or repairs made by the Buyer. All refund claims must be made within 30 days of receipt. All returned products must be properly packaged, including all original packing materials, manuals, and software (if applicable), and shipping freight pre-paid. COD returns are not accepted. There will be no refund on shipping charges. We will fix or replace each product at our discretion. Returned product(s) with any physical damage or use will not be issued a refund. Embdev Design accept no responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
