Founded by alumni of IIM Bangalore's PhD program and XLRI's MBA program, eMBArkers (Vistiir Eduservices Pvt Ltd) aims at "Building Bandwidth in Management Education". We offer three key services: 1) Quality consulting to B Schools(Directors' League) : This consulting service offers academic process as well as content related mentoring that enables a B School to impart quality education. The best practices of top B Schools like IIMs/ XLRI etc are customized to ensure that regional B Schools improve their quality parameters and thereby impart a higher quality education to students. 2) Research Mentorship Program: This service is directly targeted at the junior faculty and potential faculty members (senior post graduate students) from management and social sciences areas like Economics, Sociology, Political Science, Psychology etc. Management education being a derived discipline, researchers from all these areas can meaningfully contribute to this field. Research mentorship program is delivered online and through intensive monthly workshops. 3) Triumvirate: This service is targeted at the MBA students who are toppers academically and are well rounded personalities. This customised program ensures that these toppers are given the rich expsore at the managerial, entrepreneurial and thought leadership level, giving them multiple avenues for career.
